About Lookback
Lookback is a user research platform for running and recording moderated and unmoderated usability tests, including live participant video, screen-share and note-taking tools. Timestamped notes and highlight reels make it easy to pull evidence-backed insights and share key moments with stakeholders who didn't attend the session.
