About DocuSign
DocuSign lets users prepare documents for signature, route them to one or more signers in a defined order, and capture legally admissible e-signatures with a full audit trail (IP address, timestamp, authentication method). Beyond basic signing, its CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) module adds contract drafting, negotiation tracking and clause libraries used by legal and procurement teams. It's become the default way most vendor, employment and sales contracts get executed in the UK and US.
