Biomedical Scientists work in NHS and private pathology laboratories, processing and analysing blood, tissue, microbiology, and cellular material. They operate sophisticated automated analysers, interpret results, identify abnormalities, and provide the accurate test data clinicians use to diagnose and monitor disease.
