About Primavera Risk Analysis

Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) integrates with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project schedules to run Monte Carlo simulations that quantify the probability of hitting a given finish date or budget, accounting for uncertainty and risk events. It's a standard tool in major construction, infrastructure and engineering programmes where quantitative schedule/cost risk analysis (QSRA/QCRA) is required for stakeholder or client reporting.
