What it is
About Mosaic
Mosaic (developed by Servelec and OLM, now part of the Access Group) is one of the most widely deployed case management systems across UK local authority children's and adults' social care services. It holds case histories, assessments, care plans, statutory review dates and safeguarding records, and is designed to support social work practice frameworks and statutory reporting requirements (e.g. to Ofsted and the Department for Education). Social workers use it daily to document visits, plan reviews and ensure statutory timescales are met.
