About Logic Pro
Logic Pro is Apple's professional digital audio workstation for macOS. A one-time purchase gives you a full studio: recording, MIDI sequencing, mixing, mastering, and an enormous library of instruments and loops. Logic 12 (January 2026) added AI-powered tools including Stem Splitter, Mastering Assistant, and Chord ID. It is macOS-only and requires Apple Silicon from Logic 12 onwards.

Pro Tip
Logic ships with an enormous library of Drummer loops and Apple Loops. Browse them before buying any sample packs — most hobbyist producers already have everything they need.
