About Dovetail
Dovetail centralises qualitative research artefacts (interview transcripts, call recordings, survey responses, field notes) in one repository, letting researchers tag themes, highlight quotes and auto-transcribe recordings with AI. Its synthesis boards help teams turn raw data into affinity-mapped themes and shareable insight reports, reducing 'research amnesia' where findings get buried in individual researchers' files. It's become a category-defining tool for UX research operations (ResearchOps).
