Bluebeam (most commonly the Revu product) is used to review, redline and annotate technical drawings issued as PDFs and to perform on-screen takeoffs (measuring lengths, areas and item counts) that feed directly into cost estimates. It's a core part of the estimating workflow on construction and engineering projects, letting estimators generate quantities without manual scaling on paper drawings and supports collaborative markup sessions for design review.
